1 Landing and take-off charges

The amount of the landing and take-off charges that are payable to Batumi Airport LTD is calculated as follows:

for aircraft with MTOW up to 14 tons – at the rate of 2.5 USD per 1 ton;
for aircraft with MTOW more than 14 tons – at the rate of 7.5 USD per 1 ton (see table 1 for more details).

In case of take-offs and landings which proceed between 20:00 and 06:00 local time during the summer season (from 01.04 to 31.10) and between 18:00 and 08:00 local time during the winter season (from 01.11 to 31.03), landing charge will be increased by 20% for the utilization of lighting facilities.

2 Aircraft Parking charges

2.1 For Scheduled Flights	1.5 USD X Aircraft MTOW for parking over 3 hours (first 3 hours is free of charge)
NOTE: *Extra parking over 15 minutes shall be rounded to complete hour.
2.2 For Charter Flights
MTOW	Charge per overnight (First 3 hours parking for charter flights are free of charge. Parking over 3 hours up to 24 hours and every more complete or incomplete 24 hours for charters are calculated as overnight parking)

2.3 For Local Based Aircraft
MTOW	Local based aircraft are exempted from parking charges for the period of 30 days upon the first date of arrival in Batumi Airport. After completion of the above mentioned period the parking fee per each day and night (every 24 hours) shall be set forth as below:

NOTE:
*1 hour extra parking shall be rounded to complete overnight.
*Air companies are not subject to pay extra parking fees in case of:

bad weather conditions in the departure or destination aerodrome;
an emergency landing;
delays due to technical problems of the aircraft (officially notified by Air company and grounded on relevant and sufficient proofs, to be decided upon sole discretion of Airport).

3 Charges for safety precautions against aircraft fire

The charges for rendering fire fighting services for aircraft operating through Batumi Airport (see Table 2 for more details).

3.1 Principles of Application

If refueling or defueling is continuing for any aircraft with passengers on board, safety precaution service is given compulsorily.

4 Passenger Service charges

4.1 For Principles of Application

The charges for the use of airport facilities and services given to passengers when they are traveling through Batumi Airport (see Table 3 for more details).

5 Exemptions and reductions

5.1 Exemptions and reductions granted by Batumi Airport LTD

Carriers are subject to pay 50% of the landing/ take-off fee in the cases of:
- landing at alternate aerodrome due to bad weather conditions in destination aerodrome;
- emergency landing;
- test or demonstration flights, not exceeding 30 minutes, provided notice given beforehand.
If either the arrival or departure leg of a flight is international, than the landing fee is calculated according to international flight category.

5.2 Passenger Service Fees are not applicable under conditions mentioned below:

babies 2 years old and under;
flight carrying heads of states;
for crew members listed on carrier’s crew list on board and holding ID cards;
for inadmissible passengers (when returning back with the same flight);
for sky marshals (when returning back with the same flight);
flight carrying aid materials and/or personnel;
technical landing;
flight diverted due to any reason avoiding to land to the origin.

6 Methods of payment

Passenger service charge is included in passenger ticket fare. The money collected by the air carriers are paid to Batumi Airport LTD in terms of the contracts signed mutually or on cash basis, if there is no contract signed.

The charges can be collected by the airline’s officers during check-in, in case of necessity.
