Purpose: FPL route restrictions for overflights to avoid UGR58 area

1. For traffic entering via ADEKI and exiting via Ankara FIR the following FPL route options are available and mandatory:

• ADEKI DCT BADIR DCT LAGAS DCT FOQUS DCT SARPI; or
• ADEKI DCT BADIR DCT LAGAS DCT NOLGA.

2. For traffic entering via ROLIN and exiting via Baku FIR the following FPL route is available and mandatory:

• ROLIN DCT TAGAR DCT BT DCT BARAD.

3. For traffic between LURIS and SARPI (both directions) the FRA(I) point FOQUS is mandatory.

Note: All other traffic may use any ATS route or FRA concept provided that the restricted area is not infringed.
